Benji and Bobby had their work cut out for them. They spent most of the day installing three windows. Two of them were egress windows. The old rotted out windows were removed without damaging the house and the new ones were installed and sealed up.
Billy *and Benji *did an excellent job on install of windows and a slider. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous crew. They made sure that we were satisfied and that we had all of our questions answered. Also River Valley was easy to work with and kept us informed of any and all issues. There were a few hiccups along the way during the project and they have been taken care of to our satisfaction.
Benji, Justin and Oscar came to do 2 windows for me both double hung pictures double hung. First off they came a day early which was great, the weather held out for them. Customer service is amazing by all 3 gentlemen. Informed of everything that was happening on the job. Will be using them in the future
Benji and Matt came to do my entry door and screen door. They did a fantastic job. No invonvenice and very neat and clen. All my future work will be done by River valley Remodlers

We recently had our house roofed after 25 years and must say in all earnest, The wife and I are extremely pleased with the service of the workers and staff at River Valley Remodelers. Very quick, pleasant and professional. Any questions I had during their stay were quickly answered the best they could. We had another great experience with River Valley Remodelers. Benji and Matt showed up promptly at 9:00 and both were great with our 3 very excitable dogs. They were no nonsense getting to work and finished all three basement windows in an amazing 4 and a half hours. We didn't have any clean up whatsoever. They took care of everything. They even repaired a tiny flaw in the siding under the beautiful picture window that was installed last year.
