David * and Ben * were at our house fixing a window. They were prompt, very friendly and easy to get along with. They listened to my concerns carefully, tried to remedy the problem and when the problem couldn't be fixed, they took it to the next level to solve the issue. These guys made sure the issue was going to be taken care of properly. Great installers. Great guys.
The River Valley Remodelers team did an excellent job installing windows, two patio doors, main front entry door and siding. The house looks incredible from the inside and outside. Jason did an excellent job resolving a few issues with the house before the patio doors were installed and also helped modify the original plan without adding cost or effort for an even better result. The salesperson was wonderful. They took the precise measurements of our window and listened to our requests. The window was installed a little over a month from the order date. They called with order updates. The installation was done perfectly. They cleaned up after installation which was wonderful! The warranty is the most reassuring part of the deal since they will cover any accidental issues and replace parts or the whole window.
