Dave * and Tony *did a great job on the windows they replaced in my daughter's room. I know who im calling when I replace more windows.
We had another great experience with River Valley Remodelers. Benji and Matt showed up promptly at 9:00 and both were great with our 3 very excitable dogs. They were no nonsense getting to work and finished all three basement windows in an amazing 4 and a half hours. We didn't have any clean up whatsoever. They took care of everything. They even repaired a tiny flaw in the siding under the beautiful picture window that was installed last year. I had my deck done and the work crew was amazing. Dave, David ,Dave and Ben were really fantastic. They weren't bothered by the questions I asked and gave me answers that I understood. I've had numerous people tell me how nice it looks and how fast it was completed.
We had a polyaspartic coating applied to our garage floor last summer. Good product and well-done application. The initial sales presentation was fine, except for the sleazy tactic of offering a discount only if we signed that night. Since we had already decided on the purchase, that tactic, although a turnoff, did not deter us.Yesterday, nearly a year later, two men from River Valley Remodelers appeared at my door, ostensibly to inquire if we were satisfied with their previous service. The installation was great. Benji, Matt, Oscar, Justin and Billy did a commendable job and kept me involved if there was an issue. The initial contract and interpretation of my needs after the sales left me somewhat dismayed.
Benji, Dave *and Billy did an excellent job on replacing our windows and door on our house. Fast and efficient. Would use them again
Purchased two double hung windows. Benji,Dave *, Tony * did a wonderful job installing the windows and wraps. Very good attention to detail. Had some rot in window sill and they replaced it. Quality job. Great clean up
