The salesperson was wonderful. They took the precise measurements of our window and listened to our requests. The window was installed a little over a month from the order date. They called with order updates. The installation was done perfectly. They cleaned up after installation which was wonderful! The warranty is the most reassuring part of the deal since they will cover any accidental issues and replace parts or the whole window. We were not sure about getting our windows done even though we knew it was definitely needed. When David, Ben, Matt and Donavan came and sat with us we told them what we were interested in and they listened. We also let them know about all our concerns regarding around cost, time and care. Matt did a great job Was on time and was done early
I recently had some work done to have (faux) shakes put on my outdoor chimney on my back deck, as well as replace some of the rotted facsia boards and new gutters. It all turned out fantastic, and looks great! The work was completed within 2 days and they did all the clean up. I recently had both Brett and Ethan out to inspect the work, and while here they took a look at my roof after I mentioned it was very old.
