His installer, Tom was a pleasure to work with. He was able to answer all my questions and cleaned up everything. The results were outstanding. Very good customer service, everyone that worked on my project was friendly, clean, respectful and easy to work with while in our home. Travis came by several times before the project started, during the transformation and to look over the final finish with us to ensure we were happy. I would recommend Ridgeline floors to anyone wanting a stress free, transformation to their home. Thank you Ridgeline, We love our new floors.
RecommendedI’m so glad I found Travis and Ridgeline floors. I had to replace my whole first floor of engineered hardwood on concrete. From first meeting Travis till the job was complete the job went really well. Travis and his team were punctual and kept their word at every turn. I’m an older woman and Travis never talked down to me or downplayed my questions or concerns. It was a very pleasant experience. Oh and my floors look great!
