We were really impressed with the great communication throughout the whole process. They were really easy to work with and flexible on the timing as we had multiple projects going on at once. Prior to install, Travis also gave great advice as we were making design decisions while unable to go into the store due to COVID. We definitely recommend them for any flooring/tile work as they did both on our house.
Travis and his team are an exceptional group. Their craftsmanship is top notch. They have installed hardwoods and Luxury Vinyl Planks at multiple properties, which I own. First off, Travis was extremely helpful in the decision making stage, taking time to explain the pros and cons of flooring options and making recommendations. I happened to be at Floor & Decor when he was and he helped me with my order. When that was ready, Travis had a bias for action and got my job scheduled as quickly as he had time in his schedule. Upgraded to new hardwoods on the main floor of my home. Travis was very helpful from the beginning with making sure we found flooring we liked, helping with the ordering of supplies, and through the installation. Installation team was very courteous and efficient, completing the project in a single day. I would absolutely use Travis and Ridgeline Floors again in the future for any other flooring projects.
As a general contractor from Florida, I was a little apprehensive to hire someone to do my flooring in my Georgia house.
