RGS was a fair value for the job. While my job was straight forward gutter installation, the work was well done, they cleaned up the job site leaving no damage or debris.
When the work was done it seems good except for front door. Contract stated a PAINTED door would be installed. It took almost a year to paint the unpainted door that was finally installed. Estimator, Office Staff and Service technician were most kind.
Far too often good employees go unnoticed. The guys who worked on my gutters (Romel, Gabe and Aaron-salesperson) went beyond my expectations. I appreciate their hard work and time to get the job done right! It pays to do your homework before deciding who’s the best company for the job. Many thanks, Susan
