Installed banisters and ceramic tile flooring in basement. Very good work. Flooring was excellent; banister to basement was good, The only negative is they did not paint the banister to match existing upper level banister.
Installer was good to work with. He was able to answer questions and provided helpful information about renovation and related diy projects.
A good product. The front office was right on time. All phone calls were answered and returned timely. Professional company.
Customer service is top notch. Project manager is knowledgeable. Contractors all showed up on time. The work they completed is beautiful.

Since this was my first remodeling in my house, I was quite nervous but a few of the professionals at Remodel USA put my mind at ease. The individuals who worked on my bathroom did a phenomenal job. My only gripe was with the project who I only saw twice throughout the remodeling. Once, at the beginning to do measurements and the other time was the first day of construction.
