I have to admit I was very disappointed with my sales person. But the installer, the customer service department , And most important Cayla the office manager really made things workout to my satisfaction. I am extremely picky but this is my home and I expect top notch and nothing less. I paid the agreed price so I expected the agreed service. And I did get what I paid for. I did my whole house in windows and doors so it was a rather large and costly project, definitely not for the faint of heart, you will have several days ... read more
