I have no complaints! Reece replaced all of our windows and the front door. Because of shutdowns due to the pandemic, it took longer to get the door than expected, but that was understandably beyond their control. Once everything was in, the appointment was set, the installers showed up on time, they installed everything, cleaned up after themselves and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I got three quotes, and they were the last one. From a price standpoint, they were about the same. When they came in, the rep actually gave me alternative options on replacing the windows, so it would be more cost-effective. I liked how he suggested getting windows that open side to side instead of up and down. That was my first impression of Reece. The two individuals who came to work on my house were prompt, courteous, nice, and easygoing. I was very impressed with them.
