What a great team! They came in early Monday morning & were polite, professional & worked tirelessly throughout the entire day. They were so friendly & accommodating when we were in the way. They completed the upstairs on 1st day, which is incredible because we have so many odd shaped windows & this was a full house project! Main level nearly completed on Day 2, w/only master bdrm left! I can FEEL the difference around my windows that there is NO draft or breeze! Seriously regretting we didn't do this sooner!
Our experience with Reece Windows and Doors has been great. The first time was so easy and quick, of course we chose to use them again for phase 2. The consultation was detailed, the installation was clean and quick and the workers were very respectful. A+
We set up appointments with 4 different window companies, after 3 years of research. The only company that didn't use subcontractors for the install was Reece. My dad was a General Contractor, so I have no desire to chase after a company AND a contractor if anything goes wrong. Still, we met with all of the companies. Wonderful company. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for hurricane impact windows. Ennio, the sales person was extremely friendly and informative with excellent pricing. The installation team, led by Sergio, were very professional, neat, and respectful. This company knows their craft and their customer service is excellent.
