Pro Roofing NW was very patient and helpful showing us options for replacing a 20+ year old cedar roof and the pros and cons of each alternative. They provided a competitive bid and did a great job of installing a new roof exactly as they explained they would. ****** and his team were prompt, careful, cleaned up after themselves, and did a terrific job. We are very pleased with the results.

During the initial installation, crews were unable to communicate in English and only spoke Spanish. English communication was only possible through an offsite manager or Spanish translation applications. During a later repair, the repair manager attempted to pressure homeowner to sign legal documents falsely claim a third party caused a leak in order to conduct repair work when the repair manager there was never a third party involved and damage was caused by a tree branch. Pro-Roofing did not caulk the flashing they installed, resulting in leaks damaging my ceiling. They issued a lifetime warranty which says it covers damages resulting from leaks reported within 48 hours of the problem occurring. Unfortunately they are not willing to honor their warranty.

[PLEASE READ IN FULL] If I could give this roofing company (and *************) zero stars I would, they are untrustworthy and lack ethics or integrity. Ok, so Im a 20-year retired Navy disabled veteran. I worked my **** off so that when our family finally got our forever home, it would be just what we wanted, a nice little house with white paint, black trim and a BLACK roof, not green, not gray, not grayish green, BLACK.
