The experience was a good one. I had no problems with the installation. They were very courteous, came out quickly, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves very well.

We've had a good experience with Pond Roofing. We had a good experience dealing with the president of the company in scheduling the service a couple of months earlier. It was a good interaction with the president. There was very little interaction with the people that came out. They knew what they're doing and they did it. Let us find out in a few months, but it appears to be satisfactory.

They were recommended, so I used them, but they did the work. I was looking for a leak, but I am not sure if they fixed it, or if it was another company that did some other work that fixed it. They charged me their minimum.

The experience was very good. They were very good on follow up with information. I asked them to send it to my gmail, and they did. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, they did the work when they said they were going to do it. It wasn't a very complicated job, and they were able to diagnose it fairly quickly. They were able to explain what was going on. They did the repairs, and didn't try to up sell us, and so, there was no push that way, which I appreciated.

It worked out unbelievably well. The president of the company even helped me with a concurrent project that was going on. My fridge had flooded and the dryer was vented out front. I was very eager to have that venting problem solved before they put on all the siding. He found a device that would work. He came over and cut a hole so the dryer could vent safely and legally into the garage.
