It's complicated. If we are talking about Peak before Howard, everything was an absolute disaster. They didn't install the right stuff. The customer service was terrible. Everything has changed for the better since they fired that guy and put Howard in charge. He listened to what the customer wants. Since Howard was in charge, everything went smoothly. I would recommend Peak if Howard is in charge, but I would not recommend them if Howard isn't in charge. Howard always called back and had decent business acumen.
I was totally happy with the service!
