Left cast iron chimney bars on my roof only discovered due to other work over 3 months later

The job required 2 return trips to correct for leaks due to improper installation. Holes were poked into the walls from falling debris and tar needed to be cleaned off of numerous locations. A wooden deck was scratched and a downspout dented.
I was a little disappointed with the cleanup.
