When it came time to replace our roof, O'Lyn Roofing came highly recommended by a neighbor. It was very easy to set up an appointment with a Senior Diagnostic Specialist, in our case Shawn O'Connor. Shawn led us through the process and told us what to expect from start to finish. When it was time for the actual work to be done we were assigned a Field Supervisor, John Olen, who touched base with us every day of the project to let us know what would be accomplished that day. There was going to be a rainstorm on the day of the project, so the crew came earlier. The crew was professional and finished before the storm came. They did everything well.
