I recently had Northeast Home & Energy install ****** replacement windows in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From getting the quote to the final install, everything went super smoothly and the team was great to work with. They also came back twice to replace some rotting window trim, and **** handled both visits. He did an awesome job really professional, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his work. About 20 years ago, a neighbor recommended Northeast when I wanted to side my house. The Northesat crewdid a fabulous job and even returned once to repair a crack cause by a falling tree branch. Three years ago, they did my roof and again, a fabulous job with an astonishing warranty. Recently my hexagonal window needed to be replaced. Bill was a blessing and the entire team was fantastic to work with. We started in a bad situation (attic mold) that only got worse (heater leaking CO), but they went above and beyond to be accommodating and get our house sealed and insulated in the middle of winter, coming back when they could squeeze us in, even coming in over the holidays to make progress.
