Absolutely horrible business with extremely poor leadership. We regret using this company to do our roof, siding and gutters on our house and do not recommend anyone to use them. They are horrible with communication and are good about billing you an extra $9k on top of the job they already quoted. Also expect to have constant repairs done on the work they complete as their crews are horrible. This project involved an 1800s Victorian home with significant pre-existing deterioration, including extensive rot and maintenance issues that were discovered during exterior construction. We repaired and replaced all items included in the contract and completed additional work through approved change orders requested by the homeowners.
