Luke Vernon came out to show us what options we would have with MIDWEST Bath. The quality of the materials they would use was shown to us and he explained the process to us and showed us samples of the materials they would use. Everything was explained so we could easily understand, and he answered all the questions we had during and after he showed us everything. Midwest Bath was phenomenal to work with! They followed up to my inquiry online that was submitted on a Sunday the very next morning and had Seth out to do our estimate the following day. So many times getting a contractor on site/to follow up is a struggle - definitely not the case with Midwest Bath. Seth was very knowledgeable, we learned so much about the bath industry as a whole and he guided us in making our selections. October 25, 2022 - Jamie is finished and did a beautiful job again! I still recommend that if your plumbing is old, like ours, go with a contractor. I'm sure Midwest Bath could've done a walk-in shower had our existing plumbing cooperated. October 24, 2022 - Jamie is here! He will be extending our shower from 4ft to 5ft. Unfortunately, due to our older existing plumbing, he cannot lower the floor. We trust his judgment and will live with it. Very glad we had Jamie as an installer. Sorry he had to do the job twice. I would definitely recommend Midwest Bath for a shower or bathtub remodel. I was very impressed with the time and quality of work that my contractor Jamie Dickerson did. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I LOVE my new bathtub/shower combination! If you're in need of a new shower or bathtub, I highly recommend Midwest Bath Company!!
