Setting up an appointment was easy. A salesman came to our house to explain the options and answer our questions. Booked an appointment that night. The installer showed up on time. Unfortunately, he forgot to shut off the water before cutting out the old tub causing water to leak into our basement ceiling with minor damages. We had the damages looked at by a local carpenter company. After the shower was installed, they sent us a check to cover the quotes we got to fix the damage. Install was done in one day. Very professional clean and Darren Hancock the installer showed us the features and asked how each shelf and bar should be placed. Brenton Johnson from sales was very easy to deal with and even during the covid outbreak still was communicating and giving us updates. Highly recommend

I chose Midwest Bath to help with an update of my tub/shower because of the quality of Kohler products. The result did not disappoint. During the initial consultation, Luke took his time describing and showing me all the material and design options. Installation went smoothly with Isaac at the helm and Luke (a different one) assisting. Both were very professional and did an excellent job. I truly appreciate everyone's help with the decisions that resulted in such a great update.

We had very high expectations about our new shower, I mean, we're talking Kohler here! So, when Bjorn from Midwest Bath Co. came to install our new Luxstone shower surround, locker and fixtures, we were really excited! Fast forward a day and a half...we have the most beautiful shower ever! It works great and feels like we're at a hotel every time we use it! I have been most pleased with all services by your company starting with Brent who did the initial consultation to Darron who did the installation. Brent was very thorough in his explaination of the tub and how it worked and also in doing the paperwork. Darron was very punctual arriving 10minutes ahead of when he said he would be here. I may be an employee but I am also a customer, when the installer showed up to my house he treated my house like his own. He even made sure things were clean through the end because I have a toddler in the home. Just look at what it ended up being? Before pics were so bad I’m embarrassed to share now. I had mine installed almost 2 years ago now and we replaced one of the cheap plastic walls that have stained and discolored in just a few years.
