I live in a 100 year old home and they have always been able to help with roof problems that older homes have.

Maxim Roofing tore off our old roof and installed a new roof and gutters this summer. We are pleased with their work and have had compliments from neighbors on the new roof and gutters. Maxim just put on a new roof (shingles and new decking) and new gutter guards on my home. I chose them because of their helpfulness and willingness to work with me as well as a fair price. (I got proposals from 6 different roofers). They presented the best proposal by far and changed some items per my request. The crew that came out was excellent and very fast.
