Masterdecks was really easy to work with. Jessie Sims did a great job staying in touch and answering my questions as the building progressed. Overall, this was a great company to work with. My deck is amazing! And I'm no longer risking the death of my family walking up to my front porch that was falling apart. The only downside is I'm also no longer risking the death of door-to-door salesmen and solicitors either. But at the end of the day, I think it's worth it.

We have an existing deck, which we found a 4x4 support with some rot, we also decided to upgrade the 20+ year old Trex composite decking with a newer composite. The process did find some issues, some we expected, some such as inadequate flashing on the ledger board were not. Each finding was brought to our attention quickly and what they would do the remediate the issue. Rarely do I come across a company that consistently delivers what it promises. MasterDecks from the beginning to end was exquisite! They tell you the entire process at the beginning, how it’s going to go and what to expect from pricing, timing and quality. Having my deck built by MasterDecks was plug and play, no costly surprises.
We had Masterdecks remove our 26 year old deck and replace it. They have been very honest and communicative on our project. We are getting exactly what we asked for. The crew (Justin and Justin) did a great job and checked with us everyday to make sure they we on target. We are very pleased and would use them again.
