Everything went well in my new bathroom/shower tub and love my new shower doors in my master bathroom.
Luxury Bath is totally top-of-the-line. They installed a new shower and vanity for us. We are delighted with the outcome, and our friends rave over it. Phil the salesman explained their products and process thoroughly, then listened well and wasn't at all pushy. He showed a brief video of their factory in the Midwest where their products are made and their installers are trained. I see that you left a 3-star review, we do always strive for 5-star reviews. It is noted that we had to replace a scratched towel bar, which was a manufacturing defect. We did follow up with you and had someone come out to replace the towel bar that day. If you have any other concerns please feel free to call the office and we would be happy to address those issues.
UPDATE: Had my shower installed on 4/20/22 and I am very pleased with it. Kenny and Joe did the installation and were incredibly professional and tidy. Everything was completed within about 10-12 hours and they left my house exactly like they found it. I downgraded to 4 stars only because there seems to be a bit of a leak by the right hand corner of the shower door. I will be calling them tomorrow to see if they can send someone over to remedy this, when they do I will update back to 5 stars. Overall, excellent service, prof... read more
