Legacy did exactly what they said with excellent results! Our windows look beautiful! All associates and installers were professional, courteous and respectful.
Legacy happened to reach out when I had a leak in my roof. I chose them over the other companies because they were incredibly responsive and understood my need to keep costs down given that insurance refused to cover the leak.I was so pleased with their work that I have recommended them to friends. They completed the job on time. They provided photos of the mess that was left by my original contractor, and when I had an issue, they came out immediately and fixed the problem. We are very happy with our experience with Legacy from the day the salesman knocked on our door. Every employee was super friendly and professional. They kept us informed thru out the project. The installers were friendly and efficient. They kept our concerns on the top of their list throughout the process. The price was great and the quality is top shelf!
Beware of this company.I had a door installed about a year and a half ago, and its still not finished. The lock was never installed or fixed correctly, leaving my home unsecured for over a year. The same issues are happening with a second door I purchased nearly $10,000 worth of work in total.Customer service has been terrible. Calls and messages often go unanswered, and promised manager call-backs never happen. As I sit here writing this I am still stunned by what just occured. The woman who showed up, ****, looked very professional and seemed knowledgeable. She mentioned discounts if we agreed to sign tonight and agreed to allow photos and a sign in the yard.. My wife and I do not make decisions like that, we asked for 24 hours to do due diligence and consider the funds. She became argumentative, asked why i had her come out if we were not serious. Accused us of playing games I told her we were serious, it was just our policy to t... read more

September ******* 1 star!***** contacted me regarding the honest review I left. She explained her feelings were hurt. With a Marketing Manager overlooking the truth of a review, but instead worrying about herself says a lot! She wanted me to changed her review as she said everyone would ask for a reduction.
