Replaced all aluminum with Hardie Plank siding. Very professional. Spent about $20K for 3000 square foot house. There was no significant difference between the price bid for the job and the price actually paid. Results were excellent. They did the work in January, but that was not a problem. I have used them again (on a much smaller project) and was completely satisfied.
Landmark recently completed the third round of window replacement for us. They are absolutely wonderful Very accommodating, knowledgeable, and the installation crew is outstanding. We have a 1980's three-floor townhouse in a condominium community where the original windows were old and unsuitable for our Chicago climate. Landmark replaced 12 large windows in our home, March of 2014. They were professional, and extremely respectful of our home. They covered their working areas, and left absolutely no mess! Our heating bills went down the following winter as a result of the new windows. We have referred LandMark to many our friends and neighbors.
LandMark installed replacement windows, new exterior doors and new siding on our home built in 1989. They provided lots of extra effort up front to help us select the very best replacement windows within our budget. Paul and John were a key part of the planning our extensive remodeling project. Landmark handled the entire exterior of the building including roof replacement, siding, gutters, all new windows and exterior doors. They coordinated the work with all the other contractors and even helped in some tricky design issues. I couldn't be more pleased with the process and the final product.

LandMark Exteriors changed all windows in my house, a total of 19 windows. They also substituted a picture window with a sliding door. Their work is fantastic. The crew is very respectful and clean. I had no problem and am extremely happy with the results.

I am high disappointed with my experience with Landmark Exteriors Libertyville, with the constant lack of follow through and communication from Landmark Exteriors. We paid Landmark Exteriors nearly $8,700 for a new, customer-made Simpson wood exterior door and side lights. The door was ordered in early February 2019. And, while we were told there may be some manufacturing-related delays, we didn't expect to have to call Landmark every month for an update … and wait a few days for an answer.
