They arrive within the time window they give you. They call/text to give you an ETA. We have had a great experience with them servicing our AC/heating unit over the years. After leaving messages with three HVAC repair companies, Lambert was the only one that finally contacted me. The service tech, ******, was very professional, friendly and well informed about my HVAC unit, and took the time to explain the entire system to me.
