We felt valued as customers from the initial phone call to set up our free estimate. Our salesperson *** was excellent - he was friendly, knowledgeable and we really felt like we'd known him our whole lives. That's something you get with a family owned business and not a massive manufacturer. From the initial call to the install day every one I worked with was friendly and professional. The windows look amazing and are already making a big difference with temperature control. The installation was very professional and efficient. The work and quality are excellent as well. It was not easy to find someone to install high quality windows into a brick foundation, but Kubala had no trouble at all.
