She expressed that the price was far too high, but the salesperson talked her into signing a contract. I think I should have gone ELSEWHERE!!! I have had my kitchen in for about 2 - 21/2 yrs. The installation was ok. My installer, Adam, actually told ME OFF on the phone one day!! (This was all reported) Overall, I LOVE my kitchen, BUT.... IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO HAVE A WARRANTY, such as getting things fixed, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! The service is HORRENDOUS!!! I am writing this review after much consideration. I initially reached out to Kitchen Savers (KS) after seeing them at a home fair. Now I am very sorry I did. We were initially very excited about the kitchen renovation; it has since very much changed. We are very handy and wish we had just done it ourselves. Nice cabinet refacing, but the warranty was not honored. A KitchenSaver ("KS") salesman came out to our house to give us a quote for cabinet refacing. Although the price was high, the salesman emphasized the excellent warranty and told a story about an elderly woman who had KS come out and replace her damaged laminates several times, no questions asked. The kitchen was installed in June 2015 with a painted MDF material. This was the first time we were contacted by the customer about a warranty issue. We promptly responded and had a senior technician complete a thorough inspection of the cabinets. It was determined the cabinets were cleaned with an improper chemical which caused the yellowing.
