RecommendedWe had s great experience with Jeff our Sales Representative who gave a great presentation and was thorough. Also Shawn our Project Manager was great. Their crew did a very professional job and are organized and neat. We chose the James Hardie siding and we love it. We also noticed that our house stays cooler in the summer which is great! We received all we were promised which is hard to find in today's contractors. We love our house and are very happy with K&H.

RecommendedEdit: here’s the update since my review. I reached out to the company so they were really aware. One salesman having a bad day left to us feeling discriminated against and very disrespected. I hate this for the company because the phone call I just had with the SVP was great. Offered to have a better rep come out, but at this point I think we can wait. My opinion is neutral to slightly positive. I just hope no one else has the displeasure of that man’s bad days!! We had them do the siding on the backside of our house a few years ago. Now we need the rest of it done. So of course called them because the backside was great! They came and gave us a quote for 13 times the cost of our backside price!! The guy told me he had given me a 50% "return customer" discount on top of that! So when I called him back to figure all this out, all he could do was bad mouth the previous person who had done the job.
