The team from Kelly was fabulous! All of the team members were really good and so nice. We are delighted with our new roof. The project leader, **** *****, was especially wonderful. He communicated brilliantly and led the team effortlessly. He is a great credit to Kelly roofing! ******** was our operations coordinator and was fabulous to work with! She was always responsive and went the extra mile to answer our questions and resolve any issues. The work done on the roof was outstanding, and the crews were considerate and treated our property with respect. We have found a few roofing nails in the yard since the job was completed, but in general they picked up after themselves quite well, with a minimal amount of debris left behind (plastic, fragments of removed shingles, etc.). I CALLED IN AND *** ANSWERED THE ***** AND WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING ME SCHEDULED FOR A KELLY ROOFING ASSOCIATE TO COME TO MY HOME AND EVALUATE WHAT THEY RECOMMEND FOR MY ROOF REPLACEMENT. SHE WAS PATIENT WITH ME AND EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT I ASKED.
Kelly has been great. They put a new roof on my home a couple of years ago. Last year I had a small leak inside my home. ******, the crew chief came out immediately, quickly discovered where the leak came from [ right near a vent on the roof], and the next day his crew came out , repaired the vent leak and completely checked out the attic and the rest of the roof for any other problems. We had soffits missing after *** and had a large amount of Royal Palms on our roof so I was worried if there was damage to the tiles. They responded back explaining they will put me on the repair and inspection list but it may be a bit as there were other roofs with much more damage. I found a licensed roofer that only does repairs. There were several issues with the tiles. I could not find our original contract when Kelly installed the roof. Had a bad experience with Kelly roofing in lake park. Found they tend to lie, and then switch how the job is done my wife called it bait and switch. Felt like I was scammed not going to let liars put a roof on my house. I have documentation
KELLY ROOFING is terrible: do not honor warranty cleanings after initial work send servicemen to decide if you NEED your free cleaning. servicemen finds MORE repairs needed that they only disclose at a in home presentation ( both homeowners present). will not send quotes thru email. quick turnover of associates- your salesmen prob wont b employed there when you need KELLY ROOFING doesnt want to honor his promises. KELLY ROOFING puts the dishonest stigma on other roofing companies.
I had a new roof from them nearly $100,000 great salesman but the first storm just a few months later I had the roof checked and I had five cracked tiles. They wanted to charge me $700 to replace with MY tiles I called the company and left messages with no reply after two weeks I wrote to the owner and got a call from someone a couple of weeks later saying he was on holiday but he would call me back after the weekend after 6 weeks and a total of 2 months no one has contacted me about my grievance.
