Contract signed May 29, finished Nov. 22! One shattered picture window, 4 windows measured incorrectly meant the project drug on & furniture had to be moved too many times. No explanation or apology....poor communication & customer service. Hardware came off the screen door (an easy fix but caused me to doubt quality). I was taught if you do not have anything nice to say do not say anything at all.
The installers and the person who came out to talk about financing the windows did great. Bit the people I talked to in the office were kind of rude and the would hang up on me when I would call to try to get answers about when they would be installing the windows.
