Lack of communication and far from impressed! We reached out to Jimmy's back in mid July for a quote on our roof, after speaking with several local roofers Jon from Jimmy's seemed to be the most knowledgeable and actually took the time to inspect our roof to determine the root cause of the leaks we were having.
