If you want a cheap job done at a premium price then use Integrity. I was promised that all rotten wood would be replaced and sadly I still have old and rotten wood under my siding. I have a hole in my eve that was not there before the siding was installed. Both of my gates are damaged from the workers climbing over them even after I told the office that I did not want anyone climbing over my fence or gates. I had no communication during the entire job. If you’re looking for are unprofessional, harassing roofers then this company is it! I was catcalled by their workers this afternoon as I was walking my dog in my neighborhood Stonewall Ranch. When I called to report the inappropriate behavior, I was told the project manager, Fernando would be calling me back. Imagine my surprise when I drove past 3 hours later to find the roof completed and everyone gone. I guess I’ll never hear from Fernando, but everyone in the surrounding area will be hearing about this incident!
My roof suffered hail damage. Integrity came highly recommended. Sorry I used them no customer service. Did not roof on as said would, repre. that came out gave me his cell phone and said if have problem call and will return call. As many times as I called him never called back. Put a new roof on contract said 2 turbo vents to be installed, all rotten boards removed, and new jacks/vents installed.
