Innovative Spaces did an exceptionally attractive job installing our Encore Garage floor surface. We decided to purchase after a short and informative presentation by our I.S. liaison, (Ridge T.). I say liaison because he was not just a sales person, he also came to our home the evening before installation to make sure the garage was properly prepped and even helped move two large floor saws out of the way. Job was performed on time and to perfection. We had two estimates and even though Innovative Spaces was considerably higher, the sales person was so complete that we decided to go with Innovative. My closet has caused me anxiety since I moved into my new house! I finally got my new closet and it is tremendous. I wish I had taken a “before pic” but I didn’t! Everything was done by the time I got home from work, it was like Christmas in May!
We just had our garage floor replaced with Innovative Spaces, and it looks AMAZING! We couldn't be happier. Our floor was originally built with the house 46 years ago, and had severe cracking and chunks taken out of it. Innovative Spaces totally replaced it, and it's showroom quality. Awesome Job, They informed me of the project from start to finish, Their team showed up as scheduled and on time. Completing my floor with great results, I painted garage before them doing the floor and was worried about the dust from the grinding on the floor to my surprise there was none they have a super diamond floor machine that collects the concrete and dust.
