We used Grayhawk Systems to replace awning windows with double pane, low E windows. As time went by, many windows fogged. The supplier Grayhawk used was still in business. ******* submitted the paperwork for warranty replacement. Manufacturer accepted. ******* headed the physical replacement. I highly recommend ******* and Grayhawk Sytems.
Eduardo arrived right on time, accessed the squeaky door, and quickly fixed the problem. Also fixed the front door.

I needed a new front entrance door. From the day I walked into Grayhawk, until completion of the project, I have had a very positive experience. **** set everything up, reviewed the contract with me and followed up. I now have a beautiful entrance. I would recommend Grayhawk and would certainly use them again for any future projects.

Truthfully My firm oversees and lot of projects and in this day and age of excuses, and its always somebody elses fault, and it was extremely pleasant and satisfying to watch the GrayHawk Team perform like a well oiled machine and addressing every field issue honestly, professionally, and directly to accomplish the very detailed and complex installation. My husband and I contacted Todd ***** at Grayhawk Remodeling on Cortez Road. They put down new flooring so we could move in. Pedro installed 2 new pantries, 5 cabinets in the laundry room, and even built a lighted cabinet for my Waterford crystal. Next we decided to remodel of our 2 bathrooms. In 2017, we had 3 sliders, 2 windows, and a door installed by Grayhawk. Our representative, **** *******, thoroughly explained the process and the product that would be installed. The job was performed on schedule and very professionally. The last 2 months, having gone through 2 major hurricanes - ***************** with no damage and no water intrusion made us realize we had made the right choice.
