We ordered new windows for our lanai in July and promptly paid the down payment ! We still have not got the windows installed, the customer service department never contact you for updates and Grayhawk obviously is not interested in their clients and reputation! So would I recommend anybody to contact them …. Never.
They forget about you after taking your money for order. Bad job at communicating and not seem to care once you sign contract and pay down payment.

Contracted with them in late May with a major renovation, windows, bathrooms, kitchen. They offer a great website but fail to keep it current. I'll update as the project moves forward.
