The complete process of meeting the representatives from ********* to discuss our needs and review the products they offered until the installation of the windows was definitely a very good experience. We used Graboyes for our 1st floor windows. We sought out saleswoman ****** again for our 2nd floor windows. She is very knowledgeable of the product and made sure we understood the features of the Alside windows. Graboyes warranty is excellent. Installers were good and cleaned up after each window was installed.
Everything was great with the job. Communication from the order to install was good. The crew arrived on time, installed the windows and door and cleaned up everything before leaving.
