RecommendedI can alway count on a highly knowledgeable technician who is courteous, respectful, and who carries out the job in a workman like fashion. Gorjanc have been around a long, long time and it's easy to see why. I have had a handful of HVAC companies work for me in the last twenty five years, and Gorjanc is simply the best in customer support from making appointments, reminders, notifications, and in the work performed by the technical staff.

RecommendedCommunication is the best and quick response to requests! Bryce showed up in hour from my call to the office. I was notified he was on his way. Very polite!!! and he discover the caused of my problem which was water stains on my ceilings. The culprit was a critter digging through my roof. He took pictures and found roof shingle the critter ate through and piece of gutter that was torn off leaving a hole into my attic!

RecommendedWe needed a ceiling fan/heater replaced in the bathroom so we called Gorjanc. The technician came out, wearing a mask, and he covered his shoes before coming into the house. He worked steadily for a couple of hours. At one point, he found a part was broken, even though the unit came out of the box. He went to Home Depot to get what was needed. We now have heat in the bathroom again! Definitely recommend them!
