We had a power outage where a tree fell on a powerline snapped the electric pole like a toothpick, pulled off our meter box, which we were somehow responsible for. I called Gorjanc and they came that same day to review what needed to be done and came early the next morning to fix it. They worked with our Building department for permits and inspections, and even went beyond and tried to get us scheduled with first energy quicker than their archaic process would allow.
