That was the second time Global did something for us, so our experience was positive. It was alright. I had a good experience with them.
I had a pool enclosure. I had a very good experience. Very, very nice. The guys were great. The supervisor, the coordinator, the foreman—all of those guys were all right. Everything was good. My experience was very positive.
They did some work for us a few years back. They were great. They redid our roof after whatever hurricane it was came through. Did not include gutters. They were great. They were on time. They finished it on schedule. The workers were excellent. They did a top-notch job. I'd give them an A.
We had two big projects done at the house. We had a roof installed. I don't really know about gutters. I can't say that I had much interaction with them. My husband did all that. I'd give them an A. We've already recommended them to other people.
I'm very happy with Global Home. I would recommend them. I would use them again. They did my roof.

In most cases, it was positive. They did a metal roof. Overall, they did a pretty decent job. They did gutters with it. I would say a B+. Most of my issues were with the sales guy. I wasn't given misinformation, but I wasn't given enough info, meaning I wasn't aware how much is involved in the installation of our metal roof, so we went into bad weather and I was on and off. They did siding and also a metal roof. The gutters were also part of the steel. Honestly, they exceeded our expectation between just the work done, the quality of what they did, the services, their availability (there's always somebody there that could answer questions or they responded back very promptly). They came in with a good price, great product. They did everything they said, and everything went incredibly smooth. I'd say an A+. No complaints. I really don't know what they could have realistically done better.
