The installation crew for the siding braved the cold and did a great job. They were very dedicated. While we are delighted with the end result, communication along the way could have been handled better. We lost the project manager to turnover prior to the project beginning so many discussion points went missing. As a result, a lot of communication along the way went through the home office, Paul, sales, and the interim project manager which led to some confusion.
Kind, upfront service with knowledgeable representatives. Although everything did not go as planned, as like normally go, The communication was open and honest throughout the entire process.
I have already recommended Global Home Improvement to others.
