From initial contact to finalizing what i wanted for my project, communication was clear and straight forward. All my questions and concerns were addressed before the project began. The timeline laid out from order to delivery/install was kept, and installation went smoothly. I am very happy with the results. If anyone i know is looking to upgrade their wibdows, i will be recommending GHI to them.
Installing was very good, scheduling was not according to expectations, notification of manufacturing delays was non rxiexistent
