They were very professional, and it was a job well done.
The installers and project manager were very attentive and neat. The quality of workmanship and detail was outstanding.
Everyone at Global Home Improvement was friendly and helpful, from the representative I talked to at the home show where we first discovered them through the guys that came to install the windows. The work was done extremely quickly, but not rushed - our windows are great, and look so much better than the original ones that we replaced. Our cooling costs have already gone down for the summer, and I can't wait to see the results this winter. I'd definitely (and will!) recommend Global to anyone.
They were very courteous, and they did their job properly without any problems.
