They did a great job.
It was very positive. They were on time. They got things done as they said, time-wise. They kept things clean and the work was good. They had to remediate the stucco, so they had to take down the old stucco, and then they did build a deck cover—a roof over our deck. I would say A.
The work was done almost satisfactorily, but the attitude and the professionalism of the managers and the site rep were terrible. They did siding and gutter work for me. I'd give them a C overall. One of the main issues I had with them was what the salesman said and what was installed were two different things. What they did was OK, but it's not what the salesman told me they were going to do. I didn't have it in writing so I can't sue.
I had no complaints with them, and I would recommend them.
We just didn't have good communication. It took a lot of time to get the work done, and a lot of things were done wrong. They did siding work for me. I'd give them a C.
They came when they said they would come and did the work they said they would do. They just did gutter work for me. I'd give them an A.
They worked in snow, in hail, and in rain. I would give them an A because I think I'm missing trim on one side.
They kept their word. They cleaned up and did it fairly quickly. They just did roofing and gutter work for me. I'd give them an A+.
It was positive for the most part. The only thing I would say is I told the one guy, the foreman, that they broke some branches off of my rotunda tree. That's the only thing I got a problem with. It wasn't perfect, so I'd say a B. I didn't have any complaints with their punctuality and expertise. They did good on cleanliness.
