They couldn't be better. They replaced windows for me, and they get five stars. Everything was perfect. I'd give them an A.
I've had two minor customer service incidents, and they were out very quickly. There was one window that needed to be touched up from the installation, and I had the question of a leak. They checked it, and it wasn't a leak. It was stains that were on the ceiling before, but they did some work anyway. They did windows and a roof for me, plus skylights. I'd give them an A so far.
They put windows in for us. They did a good job. We're satisfied. We had someone come in. They changed the windows on our second floor. Everything went smoothly. They treated the house with respect and finished in a timely manner. So far, we've only done the second floor. I would say they're a B only because I felt like they were very expensive.

They arrived when they were supposed to, did a very good job on the installation, and cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant. We had a tough situation with a charge we weren’t expecting, and they were really good about it. They removed the charge. We really had no issue with them. We had all of our windows replaced in our home. We spoke to the salesman, and from the few companies we spoke to, we chose to go with them. We would grade them as an A.

They did the job well. It was reasonable and prompt, and I had no issues. I had to follow up with them, but they were very attentive, so it was good. They put in windows and also installed a header for a window. I’d grade them as an A.
I love Global Home Improvement. The fellow was very nice and very pleasant when he came over, and he did everything that I expected him to do. He fixed a window for me, which I couldn't get up or down. He also sealed a drafty window, and we‘ve also had a metal roof put on and new windows put in. They’re an A. I have no problems.
