I felt that they were a professional company.
My first experience with Global was a few years ago when they replaced my roof. Although the damage to my roof was covered by my homeowner's policy, the insurance company insisted that only a "repair" was warranted as oppose to replacement. However, the Global representative easily established that replacement was necessary and the insurance company complied. I was so happy that I had Global as an advocate and their work was excellent. We would highly recommend Global for window replacement. They were very professional, finished the job in a timely manner and kept the job site neat and clean. The men working on our house were respectful, kind and they even took their shoes off each time they entered our home. We could not have been happier with the whole experience.
