I requested an estimate on a screen porch on an existing deck. First the estimator called and said he was running late, 40 minutes later he showed up. He verbally quoted us an estimate between $12,000 - $16,000 and we scheduled an appointment for that Saturday at Frey's office to look at the screen system. I received an email at 7:00am that Saturday morning he was canceling our appointment because he had the flu. We also paid $500 for the design of the track.
