We hired Frey to install fiber cement siding on our 1940's home. Their sales representative along with the person who would be our site chief met with us at least 4 times - we also visited them at their office - before there was any agreement. I would say they were very forthcoming and honest about materials - the good vs the bad for every option. We have had Frey Const. complete 3 different construction jobs for us: new windows, gutters and the latest a new roof. We are very happy with their work and honesty in doing what they say they will do. Their crew is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We feel fortunate to have this great business in our community.
In late 2011 my wife and I decided to do a major remodeling of our en-suite master bathroom of a 30+ year old house that we have been living in for the past 13+ years. I requested an estimate on a screen porch on an existing deck. First the estimator called and said he was running late, 40 minutes later he showed up. He verbally quoted us an estimate between $12,000 - $16,000 and we scheduled an appointment for that Saturday at Frey's office to look at the screen system. I received an email at 7:00am that Saturday morning he was canceling our appointment because he had the flu. We also paid $500 for the design of the track.
