My sales rep., Darrell was great! He brought carpet samples to my home so it made it easier to see how the carpet would look with my paint color. Darrell was very knowledgeable and he was not pushy. Scheduling the carpet installation seemed a bit unorganized, but they did come through. The carpet installer, Rob, was fantastic! I absolutely LOVE my carpet!! Fantastic way to shop for carpeting. John is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Install went great, Rob even vacuumed after making sure everything was back in place and cleaned up! No hidden charges! Highly recommend for all your flooring needs

We had new vinyl floor installed in the kids' bathroom upstairs. John came to the house and brought many samples. It took less than 2 weeks from when the floor was ordered to have it installed. The installer was very professional as well. We are happy with the floor and the bathroom looks great. No more 1990's mauve vinyl!
Celia was excellent! She spent time telling us about the different options and was very responsive to questions via email or text message. Rob and Donna did a great job installing! Everyone from this company kept us updated along the way. We love the carpet and would recommend them to do the work!
