Very.I have changed my review a little due to lack of response to my phone calls. I have a little issue with the installation and called them regarding the issue but no response to my phone calls. Carpet could have been been payed tighter
Did not do a job worth $3000. Messed up my walls and tried to patch paint which is horrible. Cut in the transition between bedroom and bathroom. The owner/manager said she would call me to confirm the job was good before processing my check. She never called and processed the check. That's unprofessional.
