The workers were efficient and careful. Removing tiles cemented to wall , as they did in 1950's and a very heavy enameled iron tub. Kept mess at a minimum. They arrived on time and finished in about 7 hours. Polite throughout day and cleaned up after they were done. Can recommend them for anyone looking for professional and well done construction of new shower.
I was very pleased with Five Star Bath Solutions to come in and get out my old shower and install a modern day shower with grab bars and nice plumbing fixtures. I give them five stars.
I had been thinking of remodeling 2 bathrooms (master bath & guest bath) with walk-in showers but kept putting it off. I went to a local health fair and Five Star Bath Solutions had a booth there. I talked to their representative (*****) and she was very helpful. She scheduled a date and time for a sales consultant to come to my house. The consultant was punctual and very professional. We had Five Star update a guest bathroom: flooring, shower, and install a vanity and toilet we purchased. Every staff person and contractor we met through Five Star was wonderful, some even exceptional. Twice I had questions about aspects of the job, and on both occasions they provided prompt and satisfactory responses. It was a really positive experience, and so much better than we had with a different company with another bathroom in our home. Recommend without hesitation.
