We had Five Star update a guest bathroom: flooring, shower, and install a vanity and toilet we purchased. Every staff person and contractor we met through Five Star was wonderful, some even exceptional. Twice I had questions about aspects of the job, and on both occasions they provided prompt and satisfactory responses. It was a really positive experience, and so much better than we had with a different company with another bathroom in our home. Recommend without hesitation.
