I am very happy with the entire process and experience with Five Star Bath Solutions. Fast friendly and am enjoying my beautiful shower.
The whole experience was very pleasant. There was no hard upsell, there was no ?mansplaining? and of all the people I interviewed, 5 Star Bath solutions were the most knowledgeable, most pleasant, most matter of fact, and even after there were issues with the install, the company worked to resolve all of them. Everyone I dealt with were very pleasant people. It was one of the better decisions I made with my house.

We are extremely satisfied with the shower replacement project. The professionals were knowledgeable, prepared, buttoned up and friendly. The workmanship on the installation was superb. We are looking forward to having the company install a shower and bath tub in a second bathroom, a pretty good indication of our satisfaction.
The installers were very pleasant and efficient.
The process from start to finish (of the project itself) was pleasant. Tom came to do our quote and was very good about not rushing us into a quote. We've quoted with several other contracting companies to transform our old fiberglass tub and shower into a walk in setup and Five Star Bath came in with the best price and the most polite people.
