We are extremely satisfied with the shower replacement project. The professionals were knowledgeable, prepared, buttoned up and friendly. The workmanship on the installation was superb. We are looking forward to having the company install a shower and bath tub in a second bathroom, a pretty good indication of our satisfaction.
The installers were very pleasant and efficient.
The process from start to finish (of the project itself) was pleasant. Tom came to do our quote and was very good about not rushing us into a quote. We've quoted with several other contracting companies to transform our old fiberglass tub and shower into a walk in setup and Five Star Bath came in with the best price and the most polite people. They showed up spot on time, and were done within 6 hours. The stall is just as we wanted. There was one small glitch, but it was repaired quickly and courteously. And, the price was the lowest we had quoted, by a significant percentage. Highest recommendation!
Shower Replacement. Great group to work with-from sales to install, our project was completed timely, the crew was respectful, and did a super job! Would recommend 5 Star Bath Solutions for your project.
Salesman was informative, had brochures to explain the product. Pre-construction meeting was helpful to ask detailed questions. Installers arrived on time, put down drop cloths, removed shoes and cleaned up, for the most part. I had 2 showers replaced two months apart (due to mold issues) - first one finished in a day, second one took 2 half days due to a previous owner's plumbing issue. I cant stop smiling, Every time I walk by the bathroom i am happy, they did Excellant work was done when promised, Great working with them, they updated the Bathroom with out burning a hole in my pocketbook, which i appriciated very much
Five Star Bath Solutions were able to complete the demo and installation in one day. The employee arrived at 8 AM and walked out of the house at 2 PM on the same day. The employees who helped with our demo and installation were very professional. The employees covered the flooring from our front door all the way to the bathroom, covered all the additional surfaces in the bathroom, and left absolutely no mess behind.
