I hired them for a job to fix a small leak in in the kitchen and they came out and said it was a roof problem and said they needed to remove some shingles to install proper step flashing and remove a fascia board and install new fascia board after proper flashing was installed and then after that the leak was much worse and on a south wall Where I had no leak at all. We did not install your roof. You had a different company install your roof just a few years ago and now you have leaks. We repaired one leak for a minimal fee because our founder built your house 30+ years ago, you never had a leak until you hired the wrong roofer. Now you have a leak in a completely different area by your own admission. You are expecting us to fix all of your leaks for free now because of the workmanship of a different company. We cannot do that.
Awful!! Will never use them ever again! they tell you one thing & dont honor anything!! Also got over sized gutters & down gutter what I ordered but they used undersized down spouts so I got bigger gutters & still small hole for water to try to drain. Then I told them not to walk on my metal roof ( my awning) they did. put dents all in it. Said they would rewrap my windows never did just did eves cost me like 9Grand & still had to pay than they screwed up the ridge vent was off wasnt even even had them fix that before they l... read more

We finished your job in October of 22 and have had no communication from you since November when you paid your account, and definitely no record of any issues. We definitely do not install small downspouts on larger gutters unless by request, and then we pursuade not to do it. We have a very expensive phone system that logs all communication.
