Had them install kitchen window in 2009 with a Life Time Warranty. Called them in November of 2022 stating that the frame was broken on one of the small bottom windows. They sent someone out to look at it and then someone came and took pictures. They say Window Mart (there supplier at the time) is responsible for repair who they don't use any more and say they have contacted Window Mart. I live in ****** and had Desert King Windows install 10 windows. I chose Desert King because of their price, a local company at the time and a great lifetime warranty. Five months ago I reached out to them for warranty work. I was told that they would covered the warranty. However they had relocated to *******.
