Everyone that we dealt with from the office personnel to the installers were cheerful & helpful. They did a lot of extra repairs under the window before proceeding to the install. They were quick to accommodate our requests for extra help such as adding the flashing to allow us to be ready to add a deck on the front and side, as well as designing a box to cover our whole house fan on the outside that would match the siding and look nice. We had a great experience, they were very professional from start to finish and they have great products, they have actually completed several projects on our home.
We have had some weather-related issues, but what is complete thus far is very good. They actually started earlier than they stated and that means a lot to my wife and I. The product they are putting on is very good and looks great. We added a window and a French door because the work is that good.
Everyone we dealt with during the entire process was extremely courteous and professional. The reputation that Continental has is what drew us to them in the first place. From sales visit, through installation and cleanup, everyone was friendly and professional. We had new siding, roofing, soffit, fascia, gutters, and garage doors installed. Everything was done beautifully and we are extremely happy. We would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.
